Summary of Will - Reference Vol 44 page 257

I, John GANDER of Walberton in County of Sussex, Victualler, do make & declare my last Will and Testament as follows. First I give & bequeath unto my sister Hannah NEWMAN the wife of Edward NEWMAN of North Chapple in Sussex labourer the sum of Ten Pounds to be paid her within one month after my decease. I give and bequeath unto John (?FORKERD) of Walberton taylor his Executors and
Administrators the sum of Ten Pounds in Trust (etc)...

- mentioned... Henry SAYERS husband of my sister Martha SAYERS...

- mentioned... unto my nephew Edmund SAYERS my silver watch. I give unto my niece Martha SAYERS the bed I normally lie on with the bolster and furniture thereto belonging.

- mentioned... my niece Hannah SAYERS* ... who was also made full and sole Executrix.
