Item A Will made by Roger GANDER the ninth(?) day of May being in good perfect memory.

Item I give to my Daughter Annie the eldest £10.

Item I give to my Daughter Elizabeth £10.

Item I give to my my Daughter Jane £10.

Item I give to my Daughter Frances £10.

Item I give to my Daughter Cecile £10.

Item I give to my Daughter Annie the younger £10.

Item I give to my Daughter Judy £10.

Item I give to my son John 20s.

Item I give to my Daughter (?France)ses child Michall £10.

Item also any of these children should die before [...........] be distributed amongst all the rest the Inventory to be made and [............] what remaineth when the Inventory is taken the rest that remaineth to be [.............] the Youngest(?) children [.......] and then to be shared (?) amongst them all.

Item this [..........] and the use [..............] wife of Roger GANDER if that she keep herself a widow or as long as she lives with (whichever?) she may (or can) spare to before bringing up of them [..................].

Item I [..............] she be living 30 shillings.

Item I give to my son John the brass pot.

Item my will is that my wife and my son John to be my Executors.

Item my will is that my Daughter Frances(?) shall have (?) [..............].

Item my will is that George GATLEY and Thomas WOODMAN to be my overseers and they-fore to have 8 shillings apiece.

Witnesses: The mark of Robert CAFFYE
and The mark of William HOLDSWORTH.

Probatum includes the name of Johannes GANDER - presumably John above.

Proved 11 July 1628.
