Summary of Will

William GANDAR of Wellington Street in County of Surrey, Victualler.

To my dear wife £25 within 1 month.

My leasehold house in Wellington Street and stock in trade, good will, implements of trade, fixtures and such part of the furniture as is usually sold with public houses, unto my brother Joseph GANDAR of New Cross, Gentleman and to [.......................] of (Cursiter?) Street, Chancery lane, London, Victualler to sell off etc etc ........ to be used for 'my dear wife'.

5 guineas to my said brother Joseph GANDAR and to my sister Mrs Sarah FEVER.

Mention made of 'my brother Edward GANDAR' and 'my sisters' Elizabeth HEWITT and Charlotte FROST.

Residue to 'dear wife' Maria GANDAR.

Above brother Edward GANDAR's debts written off.

Joseph GANDAR made Executor.
