Thomas GANDER - Made and Proved 1826

This is the last Will and Testament of me Thomas GANDER of Chertsey in the County of Surrey, Gentleman. I nominate and appoint my father-in-law William BENNETT of Chertsey aforesaid [............] sole Executor of this my Will. I give and bequeath unto my niece Mary Ann BENNETT the sum of ten pounds to and for her own use and benefit and as to all the rest and of my personal Estate and Effects Monies Goods Chattels Rights and Credits whatsover and wheresoever after paying thereout of all my just debts funeral and testamentary expenses I give and bequeath the same and every part thereof unto the said William BENNETT to hold to him his heirs Executors administrators and assigns absolutely and revoking all Wills by me at anytime heretofore made declare this only to be my Will. In testimony whereof I the said Thomas GANDER have hereunto set my hand and seal this 15th day of May in the year of our Lord 1826.

Signed sealed published and declared by the said Thomas GANDER the Testator as and for his last Will and Testament in the prescence of us

Proved at London 7th June 1826 before the Worshipful Charles COOTE Dr. of Laws and Surrogate by the oath of William BENNETT the sole Executor to whom admon was granted being first sworn duly to administer.
