This is the last Will and Testament of me Francis GANDER of the Royal Hospital at Chelsea in the County of Middlesex Gentleman I give Devise and Bequeath all that my messuage or Tenement and premises with the Appurts situate at or in Orbe in Swisserland(sic) and to which I am entitled in remainder expectant on the Decease of my Mother Nanette GANDER and also all my Estate property and Effects to which I am entitled under my Fathers Will upon the Decease of my said Mother unto and to the use of my Brother Anthony GANDER his heirs Executors Admons and Assigns according to the nature of my several Estates and Interests therein. I also give and Bequeath unto my said Brother Anthony GANDER the Sum of One hundred pounds to be paid to him at the Expiration of twelve Calendar Months next after my Decease but without Interests in the mean time I give and bequeath the Sum of fifty pounds a piece to each of my two nieces Mary and Ann the Daughters of my said Brother Anthony GANDER to be paid to them respectively at the same time and in like manner as I have before directed in regard to the Legacy hereinbefore by me given to their Father and as to for and continuing my Stock or Money in the five per cent Bank Annuities and in the three per Cent Consolidated Bank Annuities my Shares in the Basingstoke Canal Navigation my Household Goods Furniture plate Linen China Books and all other my Estate and Effects not hereinbefore by me given and bequeathed Subject to the payment of my Just Debts Funeral and Testamentary Expenses and the pecuniary Legacies herein by this my Will given and Bequeathed I give and Bequeath the same and every part parcel and particular thereof unto my Dear Wife Catherine GANDER her Executors Admons and Assigns to and for her and their own use and Benefit absolutely for Ever and I hereby nominate constitute and appoint my said Dear Wife Catherine GANDER Sole Executrix of this my last Will and Testament and hereby revoking all former and other Wills by me at any time heretofore made do declare this only to be my last Will and Testament In Witness whereof I have to two parts of this my last Will contained in one Sheet of Paper each Set my hand and Seal this twenty eighth Day of March in the year of our Lord Christ One thousand Eight hundred and four.

Francis GANDER Signed Sealed published and Declared by the Said Testator as and for his last Will and Testament in the presence of us who at his request in his presence and in the presence of each other have hereunto Subscribed our Names as Witnesses hereto

Proved at London 7th April 1812 before the Worshipful John
[ .............. ] Doctor of Laws and Surrogate by the Oath of Catherine GANDER Widow the Relict and Sole Executrix to whom Admon was granted being sworn duly to Administer.
