I, Ann GANDER of Brenchley in County of Kent, widow..... commit my soul to God, body to the Earth, to be decently interred in St.Mary's Overies church in Borough of Southwark, London (sic).

... Had moiety or half part of a Messuage or tenement farm and lands in parishes of Tenterden and Halden in Kent in occupation of Richard GO(?A)MARY - left to brother John AUSTEN and after his decease to his son
Thomas AUSTEN and daughter Elizabeth AUSTEN and their heirs.

Will proved London 18 Apr 1764 constituted by oath of John AUSTEN sole executor. (However in margin: 'on 19 Mar 1801 Admons with the Will annexed.... left unadministered - sworn again')
