Summary of Will:

I, Susannah GANDER wife of Francis Lewis GANDER of the parish of (?)Yvordoy Canton de Bern Gentleman ..... pursuant to a power given in and by my Marriage Settlement give .... my messuage, tenements, lands etc in my Real Estate .... to my loving husband Francis Lewis GANDER.

... to my loving brother Benjamin JONES and his wife £10 a year each for Mourning.

... to my loving sister Mary (?D)OD £10 for mourning with all my wearing apparel, linen and woollen in case she survives me if not to her daughter M(?oirie) Mary COLVILL .... also to Mary (?D)OD £20.

... to my brother James' eldest daughter, my diamond buckle.

... also some items were to pass to James' 2nd, 3rd and 4th daughters.

... and to my God Daughter Susannah JONES my pearl necklace.

... other bits and pieces plus £10 'to the poor of the place where I dye'.

Will made 17 Aug 1758
Proved London 3 July 1761.
