In the Name of God Amen I Thomas GANDER of the hamlet of Limehouse in the parish of Stepney and County of Middlesex Waterman being weak of body but of sound and perfect mind and memory praise be therefore given to Almighty God do make and ordaine this my present last Will and testament in manner and forme following that is to say first and principally I commend my Soule into the hands of Allmighty God hopeing through the merritts death and passion of my Saviour Jesus Christ to have full and free pardon and forgiveness of all my sinns and to Inherit Everlasting life and my body I committ to the Earth to bee decently buried at the discretion of my executor hereafter named. And (?as to) ............ the disposition of all such temporall Estate as it hath pleased Almighty God to bestow upon mee I give and dispose thereof as followeth. Impis. My will and mind is that my debts and funerall Charges shall be first paid and discharged Item I give and bequeath unto my sonne William GANDER one Sealed Gold Ring and a Silver Tankard which shall be Restored to him within a moneth after his first and next return to England but in case of his death or decease before his return that then his said sealed Ring to be given to my daughter Ann KIMLINGTON and the Silver Tankard to be disposed of amongst the Rest of my goods and Chatties and in manner and forms following Item all the rest and residue of my estate goods and Chatties I give and dispose thereof unto my two sons and my three daughters to be equally divided amongst them and each and every Child to have their equall and proportinable fifth part of the said goods and Chatties that is to say my sonne John GANDER one equall fifth part and my sonne William GANDER one equall fifth part and my daughter Anne KIMLINGTON one equall fifth part and Mary MOODY one equall fifth part and Elizabeth BURKWORTH one equall fifth part of all my said goods Chattells and estate except before ............ And I do make and ordaine Constitute and appointe my son-in-law Robert KIMLINGTON to bee my full and sole Executor of this my last Will and Testament Revoking and making void all former and other Wills by me heretofore made. In witnesse whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal the nineteenth day of November in the first year of the Reigne of our Sovereigne Lord and Lady King William and Queen Mary of England Anno Domini one thousand six hundred and eighty nine
